I am wearing this item right now as a lip piercing. It is very sparkly and beautiful. It has never fallen out, and it was easy to size for my lip. It doesnt suck into the inside of my lip like the metal ones, which is really nice :)
I own three of these now. This white one, the blue one, and the purple one. I am pretty happy with them because plain jewel lip studs are VERRRY hard to find without the ugly ball surrounding it. I recommend this item for lip piercings, Idk about monroes because I dont have one & dont use this item for it. -- Pretty good
I wore this jewelry for a week and the jewel fell out. Stick to screw in jewelry for Monroe piercings - push in will probably not stay in!

The Swarovski gem is the perfect size for a labret and very sparkly. I was excited about the bio-plast, but it arrived and it's not the clear bio-plast or very flexible. It was white hard plastic, that thankfully I could still cut to fit(which is great). I have other bio-plast backings that I've purchased from Hot Topic and the gem fits nicely in those, so I may go that route if this plastic turns out to be uncomfortable. The Gem is worth the money though, haven't found anything close to it locally. -- Love the GEM
